Fast food: Pregnancy does not mean to eat continuously whatever you like without guilt. A balanced and healthy diet is essential for the proper development of the baby. All you need to do is choose homemade food and reduce sugar in sweets and beverages.

Anxiety: As in all things, here too anxiety works subconsciously and creates complications in pregnancy. Try doing things that help you relax, such as yoga, meditation, exercise, and psychological support.

Insomnia: You need 8 hours of sleep every day to be functional, have energy and to not flirt with health issues. If necessary, follow a sleep routine to relax and turn off all electronic devices when it is time for bed.
