Calcium, protein and vitamins in a smoothie!

We can get all the nutrients our body needs by combining the right ingredients into a delicious and light smoothie.

Green Machine contains calcium, chlorophyll, proteins, vitamin C, K and A, as well as minerals such as potassium and iron.

For two servings you will need:

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 tablespoon of almond butter

- ¾ of green vegetables (such as spinach or cabbage)

- ¾ cup of almond milk (without sugar)

- 1 cup of water - a little vanilla extract (optional)

After placing all the ingredients in the blender, tap for a long time until the mixture becomes uniform. The smoothie should be consumed immediately in order not to lose its nutrients.
