Use Aromatherapy, an alternative way to enhance your immune system
During the colder months of the year, it is important to make sure your immune system is prepared to handle the oncoming attacks of flus and other pathogens that can get you sick. One way to do so is with Aromatherapy.
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment based on the usage of aromatic materials, including essential oils, and other aroma compounds, with claims for improving psychological or physical well-being.

Tea Tree:The antiseptic properties of the tea tree were discovered centuries ago by the Aborigines of Australia who used it medicinally for treating sunburn and many bacterial/fungus infections. It was known as an antidote for venomous snake bites.
Oregano: Oregano, from which we use the flowers and leaves, is a plant both aromatic and medicinal. It is considered to be tonic, antioxidant, antiseptic, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, diuretic, laxative, antitussive and expectorant.
Lemon: Lemon is highly antiseptic and astringent, and so is naturally used for skin complaints including boil and warts. Also a good for lowering blood pressure, colds, digestive problems, fever and gallstones.
Frankincense: In Chinese medicine, frankincense has been used for its anti-bacterial properties as well as blood-moving uses. It can be used topically or orally. The Egyptians cleansed body cavities in the mummification process with frankincense and natron. In Persian medicine, it is used for diabetes, gastritis and stomach ulcers.
